Yesglasses Influencer Program

Enrollment in the Influencer Program

To enroll, you must submit a completed application and be approved by Yesglasses. You agree to provide complete and accurate information upon applying. Once approved, you will be provided with a welcome kit that includes a guiding email and samples.

Influencer Obligations and Conduct

1. As a influencer, you agree to conduct yourself ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. You are permitted to promote our products on your own social media channels and other platforms as listed in your application. Any form of spamming or inappropriate advertising is strictly prohibited and can result in immediate termination of this agreement. You must not engage in any illegal activities. Any illegal activities are solely your responsibility and are not associated with Yesglasses.

3. Your capacity as an Influencer, you agree not to discriminate against any client, employee, or other influencer on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law. You are required to conduct your promotional activities in compliance with all applicable non-discrimination laws and regulations. Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of the affiliate agreement and the forfeiture of any outstanding commissions. Any discriminate activities are solely your responsibility and are not associated with Yesglasses.

Intellectual Property

You agree not to infringe upon Yesglasses's intellectual property rights and to abide by all the terms of this agreement regarding the use of Yesglasses's trademarks and other intellectual property. You agree not to modify the materials or use them in a way that is disparaging or misleading.

Limitation of Liability

Yesglasses will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages related to this Influencer Program or the performance of this agreement. Our aggregate liability arising with respect to this agreement will not exceed the product samples we sent to you under this agreement.

Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing the other party with written notice of termination. Upon termination, contents generated previously should be kept on your channels for at least 3 months from the date posted. Should you choose to exit the program while a package of samples is in transit to you, you are obliged to complete the promotion of the samples before your departure from the program.

Termination for Cause

Yesglasses reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Influencer Program immediately and without notice if you commit fraud, engage in any illegal activities in your use of the program, or if you abuse the program in any manner. Any event relates to fraud, abuse, or illegal activities, are solely your responsibility and are not associated with Yesglasses.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to the influencer will immediately cease. Influencer may keep the samples, but no additional payments will be made, as this program has been non-monetary from the start.

Modification of Agreement

Yesglasses reserves the right to modify or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Notifications of any changes may be sent via email. It is the influencer's responsibility to periodically check the Agreement for changes. Continued use of or participation in the Influencer Program following the posting of any changes to the Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Program Changes

Yesglasses may change the terms of this Influencer Program (Product-Only) at any time, including but not limited to product samples and program rules. Continued participation in the program following the announcement of changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

Commission and Payment

1. Commissions on eligible sales made through your unique CJ affiliate code and link are paid on the 13th day of the second month following the transaction, in alignment with CJ Affiliate guidelines. Sales resulting in chargebacks or refunds are ineligible for commission.

2. Commissions are initially paid at a standard rate of 10% by CJ Affiliate. Yesglasses offers additional bonus commissions as follows:

   Level 1: 5% bonus (total 15%),

   Level 2: 7% bonus (total 17%),

   Level 3: 10% bonus (total 20%).

   Bonus commissions are paid within seven business days following CJ Affiliate's standard payment.

3. Commission attribution is based on the 'Last Click' policy, supported by a 60-day tracking cookie window. The affiliate responsible for the last click prior to a purchase will receive the commission.

4. Commissions are subject to review and approval by Yesglasses. We reserve the right to withhold payment on any sale that we believe may violate the terms of this agreement.

Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing the other party with written notice of termination. Upon termination, Yesglasses will deactivate your exclusive code and link, and remove you from the Affiliate Program on CJ Affiliate. Should you choose to exit the program while a package of samples is in transit to you, you are obliged to complete the promotion of the samples before your departure from the program.

Termination for Cause

Yesglasses reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Influencer Program immediately and without notice if you commit fraud, engage in any illegal activities in your use of the program, or if you abuse the program in any manner. In the event of such fraud, abuse, or illegal activities, Yesglasses shall not be obligated to pay any commissions for such fraudulent or illicit sales.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to the influencer will immediately terminate. The influencer will be eligible to receive only those unpaid commissions, if any, earned by the influencer on or before the date of termination. Commissions that accrue after the date of termination will not be payable.

It is the influencer's responsibility to periodically check the Agreement for changes. Continued use of or participation in the Influencer Program following the posting of any changes to the Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Continued participation in the program following the announcement of changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
